Feature on Further Food

A couple of months ago I met up with Lillian Zhao to discuss my possible contribution to her new site, Further Food. The site focuses on the role of food in health and wellness by bringing together a community of people who share their personal stories and recipes, along with informative, science-based information. Totally up my alley, right?

My story is up already, along with my recipe for Mung Bean and Sweet Potato Stew. I’ll be contributing some more stuff over there so keep your eyes peeled here and there.

    I SAW A RECIPE FOR ROSEMARY BEETS W. GARLICKY KALE AND NOW i CAN’T FIND IT. IS THE KALE AND BEETS COOKED OR RAW. HOW ARE BOTH OF THEM CUT UP.
